Return & Refund Policy
At Print Palace, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. As most of our items are customized, we follow a specific return and refund policy:
1. Custom Orders
All customized or personalized products (logos, names, or unique designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and processed.
Please double-check all design approvals, spelling, and artwork before confirming your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the item and packaging to [your email/contact] for quick review.
After verification, we will either:
Replace the product at no additional cost, or
Provide a partial/full refund, depending on the case.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if production has not started.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within that time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
